02 - 1 cup cottage cheese

03 - 1/2 small cucumber, thinly sliced
04 - 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
05 - 1 radish, thinly sliced

06 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
08 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
09 - Pinch of sea salt

10 - Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
11 - Pinch of chili flakes or everything bagel seasoning
# Directions:
01 - Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp using a toaster or grill pan.
02 - Evenly distribute cottage cheese over each slice of toast.
03 - Layer cucumber slices, cherry tomato halves, and radish slices on top of the cottage cheese.
04 - Sprinkle each toast with chopped chives, dill (if using), black pepper, and a pinch of sea salt.
05 - Finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of chili flakes or everything bagel seasoning, as desired.
