07 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
08 - 1 medium kiwi, peeled and diced
09 - 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced
10 - 1/2 cup mango, diced
11 - 1/2 small apple, diced
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
13 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
14 - 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped, optional
# Directions:
01 - Set the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine granulated sugar, cocoa powder, ground cinnamon (if using), and salt in a small mixing bowl.
03 - Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter, then sprinkle the cocoa-sugar blend evenly over each side.
04 - Stack tortillas and slice into 8 wedges per tortilla. Place wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping chips halfway through. Chips should be crisp. Remove and let them cool completely before serving.
06 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, mango, and apple. Add lime juice and honey or maple syrup, then gently toss. Fold in mint if desired.
07 - Arrange chocolate chips on a serving platter alongside the fruit salsa for dipping.
