10 - 1/2 cup mango, diced
11 - 1/2 small apple, diced
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
13 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
14 - 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped, optional

# Directions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine granulated sugar, cocoa powder, ground cinnamon (if using), and salt in a small mixing bowl.
03 - Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter, then sprinkle the cocoa-sugar blend evenly over each side.
04 - Stack tortillas and slice into 8 wedges per tortilla. Place wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
