# Directions:
01 - Boil 2 cups water in a medium saucepan, then stir in 1 cup rinsed quinoa and a pinch of sea salt if using. Reduce to low heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until quinoa is tender and water is absorbed. Remove from heat, let stand for 5 minutes, then fluff gently with a fork.
