01 - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt
→ Fruit
02 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
03 - 1 cup fresh blueberries
04 - 1 ripe banana, sliced
→ Grains & Sweets
05 - 1 cup granola
06 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Wash all fruit thoroughly, hull and slice strawberries, and slice the banana.
02 - Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of yogurt into the bottom of each of the 4 glasses or bowls.
03 - Top the yogurt with a layer of strawberries, followed by a sprinkle of granola.
04 - Add another layer of yogurt, then blueberries, and more granola.
05 - Finish with a final layer of yogurt, sliced banana, and a last sprinkle of granola.
06 - Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top if desired.
07 - Serve immediately for maximum crunch or refrigerate up to 2 hours.
