Seasoned spiral potatoes crisped in the air fryer for a delicious, healthy, and fun snack or side dish.

# Components:

→ Potatoes

01 - 4 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed

→ Seasoning

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Optional Toppings

07 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
09 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

# Directions:

01 - Insert a long wooden or metal skewer lengthwise through the center of each potato.
02 - Hold the skewer and use a sharp knife to cut the potato in a spiral motion, rotating and slicing from end to end. Carefully stretch the potato along the skewer to even the spiral gaps.
03 - Combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and ground black pepper in a small bowl.
04 - Brush or rub the seasoning mixture evenly over each spiraled potato, ensuring coverage between the layers.
05 - Set the air fryer to 375°F and preheat for 3 minutes.
06 - Place the skewered potatoes in the air fryer basket, allowing space so they do not touch.
07 - Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning the skewers halfway, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
08 - Optionally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, chopped fresh parsley, and chili flakes before serving.
